HUMSS Building - Reading University

The Humanities and Social Sciences (HumSS) building at Reading University is occasionally used, and close to the Palmer Building.

If a number is given in the Programme of Events - it is a Room Number.

Expect to find adequate signs to the meeting when you are close !

Reading University campus is easy to find east of the town centre.

For HUMSS - it is better to enter via the Main entrance on Shinfield Road..

The best map to start at is Whitenights Campus to get an overview, then drill down into square C5.

From the Shinfield Road entrance follow the main drive, signposted to the Palmer building, to Car Park marked P3, where HUMSS (1 on the map) is to your right.

The University web site changes its maps from time to time. Hopefully, will always be useful.

NB: it is not sensible to locate the University from RG6 6A? type postcodes as these are invariably PO Boxes, located somewhere near Reading Station!
